LQ Devkcafion Four years ago there arrived on Lewis college campus a man of multiple talents. Mr. Lloyd Lee is educator, confidant and advisor to his students. The old adage, Ask and you shall receive, is personihed by Mr. Lee, who is always available to all students of Lewis college. The only satisfaction he receives is the knowledge that he has helped someone. His character, ideals, and accomplishments are an inspiration to those who are priviledged to know him. It is Fitting that this yearbook is being dedicated to Mr. Lee, With the publication of this year's Beacon the future of Lewis looks bright. Mr. Lee has always advocated the fullhllment of his dream -- a dream of great days in the future. With the presence of Mr. Lee on Lewis' campus this dream will become a reality. To Mr. Lloyd Lee this edition of the Beacon is dedicated with the hope that it will serve, in the years to come, as a reminder of the appreciation of a grateful student body. 4

The administra- tion of the college is now in the capable hands of the Christian Brothers, who are finishing the foundation laid down by the previous administration. In their first year at Lewis the Brothers have influenced the life of eveiy member of the Student Body. The Brothers have already mapped out the future of the college. An extensive building program in under way, which will increase the facilities of the college. In their experienced hands Lewis College may look forward to an ever brightening future.
