2 , Mrs. Bodenhamer has been teaching for eight years, four of them at Lewis. She previously taught at Lincoln, La Jolla, Clairemont, and Mission Bay High Schools, and at Gompers Jr. High School. She started teaching in the stu- dent teaching program through United States International University. She graduated from Clairemont University. Mrs. Bodenhamer's pastimes include: her family, her pets, and Perry Mason re-runs which she watches for a sub- stantial amount of time each night. Mrs. Bodenhamer and her -husband, Larry, have traveled virtually around the world a few times. The students at Lewis have profited from her expertise, and wish her well. MRS BQDENH ME i

S 'V J f :Y ,i..f.,Z s . . . Q Dr. Romanowski- principal e..r i 'K M4 Mrs. Jamison- vice principal im Mr. Wolf- vice principal if ' Dr. Romanowski has been a principal at Lewis for four years. He previously worked here in 1965 as a vice principal. Then he continued on to Bell J.H., Patrick Henry H.S., and Dana J.H. before returning. Dr. R. attended two colleges receiving a Mas- ters degree and a Phd. He has five children, who are now out in the business world. Our principals favorite activities include fishing, reading, and playing racquetball and handball. When asked what the greatest reward of being principal here are Lewis, he simply replied, the kids . . . I love them. Mrs. Jamison, our newest vice principal, has been at Lewis for two years. She says that helping kids developed a positive attitude towards school is the most rewarding aspect of her job. Reading, traveling, fishing, and sewing are some of her favorite pastimes. In the past, Mrs. Jamison has worked at Gompers, Clairemont, and San Diego High. She was educated at Cal State, University of Denver, and Prairie View in Texas. Mr. Wolf, the one who brings fun assemblies -to our school has been an enthusiastic vice principal as Lewis for more than 12 years. He says that watching his kids here at Lewis grow and succeed is his greatest reward. Mr. Wolf attended college at the University of Michigan and at Columbia University. He re- ceived his degrees in art and school administration. Mr. Wolf has three children, Ellen, Brian, and Adrianne. In his free time he is the traveling kind of guy. He also enjoys music and is widely known as The Walker .
