Best news, best players, best dressed, best haircut, best car — best of ' 87! Worst in 1987? Closed campus, unemployment, nerds, closed campus. Best News for Lazy Kids? In a study of 16,636 kids. Dr. William Dietz linked TV and obesity. Dietz found that 13 year olds burned more calories lying down doing nothing, than in watching TV. Best Varsity Player? Super-dunk hero Jerome Harmon, senior, (r.) made Parade ' s All- American, All-State. All-Confer¬ ence, PT ' s Player of the Week, MVP. Shall we go on? Best Dressed at El Dubb? Best dressed students were those motf n the know, and those who had the most dough. They came to school in just about everything from Coca-Cola to Banana Republic.
