One of their major problems was the financial situation and budgeting of a district of this size, Their meetings have been long and the work hard. but these unpaid servants of the community have tried to meet the many problems which they were faced with, in a never ending attempt to raise the stand- ard of education for the pupils in District :H-,.5. 9
