Our Hearts Were Young and Gay One of the biggest hits ever presented at Leuzinger was the play Our Hearts Were Young and Gay, given Novem- ber Zl and 22 by Senior Drama students under the direction of Miss Joan Lee Woehler. The story recounted the comic experiences of two Ameri- can girls going abroad during the colorful twenties. Dixie Dallas and Sheila Brown as Cornelia Otis Skinner and Emily Kimbrough headed the cast. Others were Jerry Larson, Dave Irwin, Lois Blomquist, Tom Welter, Tony Lopez, Marvin Parks, Bill Camp, Henry Jones, Ted Sala, Martha Christensen, Diane Johnson, Marion Brugnone, Drue Go igh, Doris Kohler, and Johnny Graves.
