'n LC' CL, on DEDICATION We, the Ann al Staff of 1959, do hereby dedicate our annual to Hrs. George Emich, who has faithfully managed our cafeteria for the last eight and one-half years. Her concern about our welfare has helped to make the lunch program a vital part of our school. Her interest in so many little things has made our noon meals pleasant. She and her assistant, Mrs. Schmalz, have greeted us with candles at Christmas and masks at Halloweeng but, most appreciated, have been the cheerful greetings and the friendly smiles each day. AHWINISTRATI ON CONTENTS H11 My name is P. T. Perkins I. I came into being with the organization of the 1959 Annual Staff and have lived and worked with them the past year. I have enjoyed seeing them in plays, band. glee club, and mixed chorus. Thoughtfully I look back, remembering all the exciting football and basketball games and the en- thusiastic student body, cheering them on to victory. It is with regret that I I ould like leave LPHS, but before I do, w to show you through the 1959 Annual.
