Ably assisted by their teacher, Mrs. Betty Krause, the children have developed their ability to print their own name, play organized games, color, cut, and draw. They have been introduced to numbers and colors, they have developed their singing abilities and have been encouraged to de- velop their imagination. These boys and girls have been taught to share responsibilities. too. They have - 20 learned to take proper care of their room with its equipment and play things. But theirrmost important accom- plishment lies in the field of cooper- ation. Af the beginning of the year they were all individuals, unaccustomed to working and pla ing in a group. Now, tnrou the development of self-control they gave learned to work, to play, and to live with each other in the kinder- garten departments This deyeloped cooper- ation has prepared them for the school years that lie ahead.
