“Class Prophecy Digging through a desk draver the other day I came across an old school annual. It was the 1952 Le Royan. Paging through It brought back memories, end having made my first million I decided to take a trip back to Le Roy and see what had happened to the class of 52. I arrived In Le Roy May 15, 1951, and started checking up on these people. To start out with I discovered that quite a few of these 52 members had left the fair city of Le Roy. Mr. and Mrs. Russ Robb, Mrs. Robb, the former Sharon Davies, had left soon after graduation to see the world with their two little boys, Peat and Repeat. They were last heard to be big game hunting In the deep Jungles of Africa . I was Informed that If I wanted to learn how to swim Marlys Iverson would be glad to lend, me a hand, she has set up her little business In Salt Lake City, with Ivan Hodson as her partner. I saw the new night club which was remodeled from Eckstiens old radio factory and the big hit of the day was Keith Larsen and his sizzling six, the hot Jazz band of the nation. Le Roy Independent received a letter recently post-marked Paris from David Fogal, who is there trying to figure out what the best-dressed man would wear. Walking through the streets I was surprised to see Jim Rickey selling fruit at the root-beer stand. Jim is now in parternship with Matilda Kempe who is chief owner of the Black and V.'hite. With Orville Clerk now coaching football at Yale University we are expecting a great performance against Harvard next fall where his opponent coach is Obed Jacobson. Donna Bauch never did get her training as a nurse, but she still makes beds, for she owns the new luxiourous Le Roy Hotel. I took a helicopter to Minneapolis to see the Speedway Auto Races , because I read in the Minneapolis Tribune that Howard Knight was among the list of auallfing racers. It was an exciting and close race, but Hovsrd came out on top because his new blushing bride the former Donna Johnson was cheering him on. Still in the fair city of Minneapolis I saw a movie at the Minnetonka Theatre owned by Ray Claude, featuring the movie Shrimp Boats with Roger Hoop and Donna Dahlen as his leading lady. After the movie I decided to stay in the Grandview Hotel which is owned by Donald Anderson, who is thinking strongly about having Marjorie Hoon as his check out girl. In my room in the hotel I had the radio on when a news broadcast came on. It announced that the Kivell's had been restored to the throne in Sweden. Arlene's chauffeur Karl Moe was to accompany her on a short visit to the United States. The next morning I decided to return to Le Roy. The helicopter made me dizzy; so I decided to return by train. When I went to get my tickets I saw Geraldine Johnson working in the train depot lunch room. On the train I recognized the conductor as Dale Speer, and who else should be on the train but Joyce Kalcomson who was returning from India where she had been teaching school; she told me she met Jesse Havens who has set uo a washing machine factory in Bombay. Norma Patton was last heard of setting ur house-keeping in Texas with a soldier boy from Wyoming. Last but not least we find out that 3etty Miller is running a large tourist resort in Northern Minnesota. After my successful trip I was very much pleased with the many interesting happenings I discovered about the class of 52.
