Leonard Prinei pal To the Senior 'lihose who have planned and helped to guide you these years at Leonard are proud that you have arrived at this point in your life when you are ready to leave the sheltered halls of school and home to assume more difficult ohligations. Certainly, it is hard for us to part from our Seniors who are so much part of us and who have done so much to carry on the traditions of Leonard. lVhat traditions? Fond memories of the friendships, clubs, assemblies, parties, trips, music and dances will remain with you always, and whatever part you played to make each event a success will he your own reward. But the traditions you now as a Senior will take with you into college, your job and your marriage, those which you have learned from Leonard through your close association with your schoolmates and teachers, will be those of t'fllII'Ilflt' in the face of despair, zzmlerxtmnlinff in the face of disappointment, and !ll'ft'I'lllfllllfi'lll to go on in the face of ohstacles. A Senior preparing for college today has worked hard not only to assimilate the knowledge necessary to qualify, but has prepared herself personally to meet the demands of cooperative campus living. Ir takes courage, understanding and determina- tion: hut this it takes to do any joh for which you can feel justifiahle inner pride. Hundreds of Leonard graduates of the past have proved this to he true.
