Graduation Friday, lVlay 29, 1970, 8200 p.m., before sundown, Central, Day- light Saving Time, 26 seniors, with mixed emotions, sang Graduation Dayf' Honor students gave speeches on the responsibilities of youth in our troubled times. They said their own beginning and dismissal prayers. Jack D. Ross, a board member, presented diplomasfone to his son, Randy. Mr. lVlcClendon and lVlr. Morris presented special awards. Next morning at 4:00 a.m., 20 sleepy boys and girls and six adults left for Colorado. Since they were not permitted to write on the bus this year, they made their Colorado or Bustfl c'Seniors '70,', everybodyas name, and 'cehoice bitsw on paper signs to place on the bus. 81
