IN APPRECIATION In appreciation of John F. Joyce, whose unequaled ability and patience have made our high school years outstanding and memorable. How can we thank him for the profound imprint he has made on our lives! As a teacher he has more than excelled in bringing to the classroom friendliness, cooperation, and enjoyment. He has not only given his students knowledge in their subjects, but something more important, an insight into the psychological behavior, customs, and manners of peoples all over the world. Without his guidance and interest our senior play and the senior plays of the past could never have been accomplished so professionally, and could never have stimulated so much school spirit and public interest. Mr. Joyce, we the class of ’55, salute you.

OUR ADVISOR We, the class of 55, wish to express our gratification to George A. Peck, who has been our class advisor for the past three years. During these eventful, happy times, he has stood behind us,helping us with the many problems which have con fronted our class. He has given unlimited time and patience in the executing of our school projects, always giving us his advice and experienced counsel concerning our proms, spaghetti suppers, our senior assem- bly; and above all he has helped make our graduation the best ever. To you, Mr. Peck, we give our never-ending gratitude and friendship.
