Ss 1 Mc ed — — Ce ACTIVITIES The many organizations at L. H. S. take up a large portion of time in the weekly life of our community. Not only do they provide interesting and intelligent activities for the students, but, also, they advance the welfare of the whole community. Most clubs meet weekly for a forty-five minute period. Officers elected at one of the meetings, lead the clubs. In this way, the students are given a wonderful opportunity to use their own ideas and to work together, promoting better citizenship for future years. Each club offers different occupations. This variety gives the members an excellent chance to indulge in the line of work they like and for which they are best fitted. Each group is supervised by a member of the faculty. Because of the generosity of time and effort put into the clubs by both the students and the teachers, these organizations are always a great success. al
