Pirate Chatter Continues The Leola High School paper, The Pirate Chatter, continued publication this year under Editors, Georgiann Lapka and Deb Goebel; and Junior Editor Bev Morrison. The staff was supervised by Mr. Schemp and Mrs. George. Staff members Bev Morrison and Patty Geffre discuss new ideas for the paper. . PIRATES Cheering Toward 1 During our victorious year, the cheerleaders held pep rallies to boost enthusiasm at school during the sports seasons. They put on skits and led cheers at the pep rally held uptown during Homecoming. The MBM team cheerleaders were able to help cheer with the A squad at the District and Regional Tournaments.
