Sophomores Choose Just Want To Be Your Everything The Sweetheart Ball, sponsored annually by the sophomore class, was held February 17, 1978, from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. The coronation and the dance were held in the Legion Hall for the first time this year. Evergreen provided the music for the dance which was open to the public. Pastel colors decorated the Legion and punch and nuts were served. Last year's royalty, Tim Rath and Jenny Rau, crowned the 1978 Sweetheart King and Queen, Joe Leibel and Colette Hoffman. Other members of the royal court in- cluded Lori Schnaidt, Denise Hoffman, Marsha Geffre, Jody Hoffman, Miles Blumhardt, and Keith Kracke.
