Mack Leads Board Mr. Gordon Mack was chair- man of the school board this year. Under his direction, they established policies and made decisions on several issues brought before them. The cooks, janitors, and bus drivers did their part to keep the school running throughout the year by doing their re- spective jobs. Seniors Register For Final Year Forty-one seniors registered in August at Leola High School for the last time. Homecoming started out the seniors' activi- ties for the yeax. Members of the senior class composed the Homecoming court. Most of the Seniors attended the game and ended the festivities at the dance in Longlake. The class of 1978 began their graduation preparations early in the fall as they ordered announcements and attended the annual career night in Aberdeen. UPPER RIGHT: The class officers chosen by the Seniors were: TOP, President John Fischer; MIDDLE, Vice President Ron Duvall; and BOTTOM, Secretary-Treasurer Diane Schooley.
