The science club nag started December 3, 1945, at 7; 30 P. M. at the Leo la High School. The colors of the club are green and white. The officere of the club are Paul Hauffe, President; Margery'Ganser, secretary and treasurer. The club's charter members consists of 13 boys and girls. Other members that have Join- ed since the organization of the club consist of 7 boys and girls. • The requirements to enter the club are; (1) Any boy and girl that are Interested in the alms of the club are eligible for member snip. (2) For addi- tional memberanip the charter members shall vote for approval of these candidates by a 3 4 majority. (3) All seniors who are candidates to become members of the SCA must have an average of a MCrt or better. All candidates from the Freshmen, Sophomore, and Jun- ior classes must have an average of BM or better in science are eligible. The SCA plans to put on a science fair sometime in Apfil, if ooseible. Projects will be made by the members. A movie pertaining to science will be shown. A small fee will be charged for the spectators to enter, With the money taken in by the science fair im- provements will be made, and a certain amount of money will be left for next year's science club to oper- ate the club. A small amount of this money will be used for a science club picnic, wfcich will take place some nice day tnis spring. ' ft:
