In a school where the girls are in a majority, the G.A.A. is indeed an asset to those 50 girls who partake. This Girls' Athletic Association under the supervision of Florence Kahnke, is designed to promote better business, social and athletic functions. An inter-class basketball tourney was held the latter part of the year, in which the Juniors emerged victorious. Volleyball, baseball, and tennis completed the athletic schedule. Leaders for the organization were—Dolores LaFontaine, President; Eva Valentine, Vice-President; Irene Bates, Secretary; Aileen Conion, Treasurer.
