Within this building with its many entrances and halls of different shades were lions and lionettes, cubs and cub cadets. Some were preppy, some punkish, some farmers, some city slicl ers, some went to every football game, some didn ' t go to any. They were all unique, a few strange, a few outright sane. They were the different types of people from the altogether different Leo Jr. Sr. School. This was the common ground which linked them all together, binding them into strong friendships. Yet each one traveled his own . . . DIFFERENT DIRECTION A DIFFERENT REASON. On Oct. 19, 1982, Shelly Craig, Carmen Reschley, and Cindy Morris found themselves in the auditeria, not for lunch, not for project period, but to take the PSAT. their first major step towards college. DIFFERENT TASKS. During project periods and study halls many students and teachers work at learning the ins and outs of being computer programmers and players. A NOT-SO-DIFFERENT TIME. As almost every student does Denise Galuoppo and Irene Kissner spend part of their day in the Auditeria. This room is in use project periods and during special functions as well as at lunch. DIFFERENT CHANNELS. Like many students, Tom Dykhuizzen and Rick Ehlers tear themselves away from the afterschool reruns, only to tune into the Stock Exchange, Leo ' s first video arcade. -6- lifestyles division
