Leo also has developed some- thing that makes things easier. It ' s called a paraprofessional. They never run out of gas, they don ' t need electricity and we certainly can communicate with them. One of the para-professionals, Mrs. Sylvester, assists Mrs. Grose by keep- ing books on the shelves and peace with the kids. This group of ladies is always willing to lend a hand by help- ing students and teachers to keep the school organized and functioning well.
