m ,fA ' ti It was one of those years! Filled with excitement, enthusiasm, and a will to stand out and be strong. Glance through these pages, will you remember all those times? Homecoming, the hard work and group participation of decorating the floats , the crowning of the queen . The fall and spring play that so many people worked so hard to put on for our entertainment. The class tourney that brings so many of us together for the competition, the excitement of just having fun. The Prom , with the thoughts of soft music, and just a chance to get out and have a little fun on a special evening. Last of all Graduation, which brings sad and happy feelings . And so you yourself can step up one more step to reach the top of success. 8 Prelude

Starting Again, A Sense Of Coming Home! September 2, 1976 7:45-11:20 As I walked into the school I noticed many things, old and new. It was as if all my senses were alerted -- nothing escaped my attention and I wanted to take everything in, find- ing what had improved or worsened, who were new- comers, what had changed. I had to smile as I watched the 7th graders walking timidly through the East Lobby doors. It was such a new experience for them! And hard to imagine that someday they too would be seniors. This school season brought new techniques in our system, new classes with new faculty members to teach them. Senior pic- tures are available now. Also, afternoon TA room is now obsolete- -much to the relief of many. All in all, with the dif- ferent and familiar things, I felt a slight sense of homecoming. It was sort of nice to be back, for just one more year, anyway. 1. First day as a senior. 2. It ' s confusing again. 3. PAY, according to class. 4. No longer empty. 10 Prelude
