Nine of those students were from St. Joe Center. Yes, we were green' for awhile, but we soon knew our way around as well as the seniors. Mr. Faye Hall was our class sponsor, and we elected the following class officers: President. . . . . . . . . . .Neva Hoke Secretary . . . Janice Delagrange Vice-President . . . . . . . Mike Hartigan Treasurer. . . Dorothy Schwartz At the first of the year Larry Weikart came from North Side. Shirley Williams left us at the end of the year to attend school at New Haven. We ind two class parties in our freshman year. The first one was held at Mike Hartigan's and the second one at Mariorie Sauder's. This year Mr. Swaim is our class sponsor. We have forty-four members in our class. Shelba Jean Yoder and Robert Beerbower are two new students in our class this year, they are from Harlan. Janice Delagrange ln November we gained Morilee Lichtsinn from New Haven and during the same month Walter Zhart left us to attend school at Huntington, which leaves the enrollment the same. We have several basket- ball players in our class of whom we are very proud. We also have several members participating in band and chorus. We had one class party this year and it was held at Nancy Warstler's, and we are planning another one in the spring.
