a label Cannot De pinned onto lenox, it'S students, it's faculty, it's patrons, it's community. diversity-a good attempt. there is more in- volved in lenox. the change, the reaction, the pol- icy and the goals. . change-healthy, relevant change is a factor lenox has started to revolve around, followed by a reaction exemplifying a new form of unity and enthusiasm, a form lenox has never seen before. our policies and goals, we aren't even sure of yet. we're positive-what else can we say? how does one honestly and clearly define an experience? yet together with this experience, diversity is part of the goal lenox is trying to achieve. diver- sity-not tokenism-diversity, honest and clear. william w. ryan diverse community has been the phrase at lenox . . . this phrase has echoed thru the minds of all who live and share the lenox experience . . . but diversity can not be labelled in a school meeting or even in the academic year. . . it is an experience an experiment . . . a concept that shall grow and attain maturity as we do . . . as we set out into-the change as we become a functional and worthwhile part of-the change . . . alex jacobs
