NURSES The nursing program at Lenoir Rhyne, formally initi- ated in the fall of 1960, now completes its first year as the official Department of Nursing. Junior and senior nursing students, having finished two years of fundamental instruc- tion at Lenoir Rhyne, receive two years of clinical training at Grace Hospital in Morganton. They obtain both a B.S. degree and nursing certification after their four-year train- ing.
