f 4 SGUTHERN SPLENDOR The efforts of many seniors were necessary to make our prom a success but a few of the class of '67 deserve special recognition. Co-Chairmen Beryl Irick and Velma Bethel did an excellent job. The decorations were out- standing due largely to the efforts of Pat Dunlap and Shirley Long and also to the many seniors who often stayed after school twisting tissue into flow- ers! Sandy Smalley fRefreshmentsj, Ginny McClelland flnvitationsj, Lil Major fprogramsj, Helen Gooch and Jim Davis fTicketsJ, Margie Dawes fPublicityj,' Jeb Banker fSet Upj, Lennie Dawes fCoronationj, Phyllis Nettleman fFormal Wearj, Nancy Wells Qcharmsj, Brian Rourke fPropsj and last, BUT NOT LEAST, .lay Layman and Fred Dylla fClean Upj are among those to whom the class of '66 owe a special vote of thanks! af
