NIR. li. XY. Ersunio Principfzl The school vear of 1940-41 shows several innovations in our high school organizations. Some of the outstanding ones are: the Budget System for school activities, the lland- book, and the formation of a Student Council. The Budget Svstem has an enrollment of approxiinatelv eightv per cent of the student bodv. and in- dications from a recent stu- dent survev show' an eightv- eight per cent enrollment next vear. Our llandbool-'. contain- ing much information for the student bodv in general, is of a decided advantage to the new student. The Student Council. even though organ- ized late in the school vear. has alreadv shown etlfective- ness in our school life. x 1 I7R.X I l NIR. ll. lx. lil-'RlxlllflNII1R Sllf7L'l Z'fJ'fI1tQ' I'ri11fipi1l The public schools stand with their related agencies, anxious to make their contribution to the cause of the common good. Thev are sure that the best offering thev e . can provide is a working knowl- edge of life that grows gracefullv, is self-reliant, void of selfishness, and filled with tender compassion. These products are not forthcom- ing quicklv.
