4 1 l Fun and work commingled for a hundred juniors during T953 and l954. That we were active in Student Body affairs is evidenced by the fact that we held four of the nine student body offices. Juniors, too, received recognition for outstanding participation in sports. The Christmas play, Song of Glory, in- :luded thirteen capable iuniors in its cost of sixteen. Many other members of the class made a contribution with the carol- ers and in the construction and scenery crews. The iunior play, Golden River, selected by u committee of class members, was suc- cessfully presented in March. We received our junior rings, and with the aid of a sweater committee chose our senior sweaters. Moonlight and Roses proved to be a beautiful theme for the iunior-senior prom, which was one of the most enioyoble dances of the year. Our final class activities included serving as ushers at the baccalaureate and com- mencement exercises, as well as furnishing an honor escort for the seniors. Loy Wedderburn, treasurer, Sarefine Luis, president, Linda Teixeira, secre- tary, Bryant Allen, vice president, Bobby Lee, council representative. Alice Clawson, Courtenay advisers. Burson: juniurs
