NUNTIUS Editor Rally Committee Honor Student Senior Announcement Committee Big and Little Sister Committee A Cappella Choir -5.55 -is ' The growth of the Lemoore High School over a period of fifty years is indicated by the size of our senior class with its eighty-two members as compared to the Class of 1901 with its three graduates. We, the Class of 1954, can look back on our happy, well-spent four years at Lemoore High with a feeling of satisfaction as a result of accomp- lishment. As freshmen, the 134 of us soon began to take our places in school activities under the guidance of Miss Furlong and Mr. Weils. As sopho- mores, Mr. Hardin ioined Miss Furlong in her final year as our adviser, and with their help we tried to justify the increasing trust being placed in us. We chose our class rings during this year, and we looked forward to our first year as upper classmen. With Miss Atwood as our adviser in our iunior year, we proved ourselves both capable and industrious in our activities. Our play, Father of the Bride, was presented to a packed house. ln Merch, the annual Junior-Senior prom, with the theme Japanese Tea Garden was a successful and outstanding dance. After a long controversy, we selected mint greeri as the color of our Senior sweaters. As honor escorts for the graduating seniors, we completed our junior year. Now, os seniors, we have combined both work and play in the pro- duction of Seventeenth Summer and in the inauguration of Career Day at Lemoore High. ln the spring came our Sneak Day and the Senior banquet, both well attended and enioyed. As this year closes with the baccalaureate and commencement exercises, our high school days willibe completed. We, the Class of 1954, will go on our separate ways, always remembering our years together at Lemoore High School.
