Wemoried During the four years we seniors have passed from building to build- ing and from class to class, between the intervals ofthe ringing ofthe bell, in order to increase our knowledge through the instruction received in the various required subjects and those ot our choice, the associations with our teachers and classmates and the many pleasures we have ex- perienced in these structures have endeared them to us. Ideals of good sportsmanship and fair play, opportunities for self- expression, and leadership, development of abilities and skills - all these have been given to us within these walls. As we leave Lemoore High School, there is no better way for us to recall these experiences than by recording them in this pictorial way in our 1950-1951 Nuntius. The resulting unrest and uncertainty has not come about without presenting its problems. During your high school days you are asked to write various tests. Through information gained from these tests and by counseling with faculty members and friends, perhaps many of you have learned something about yourself that may help you decide to go to college or choose some occupation that does not require further education. You have also been asked to pass through the at- tendance office to account for absence and tardiness, because punctuality and regularity in attendance are desirable traits of character to be developed in every student. lt is hoped that by accepting responsibilities and cooperating with other students and teachers you may realize the maximum benefits from your experiences in high school. ln whatever walk of life each graduate may choose to follow may he receive happiness and success. In this book are recorded numerous activities and incidents of school life that may help to preserve happy memories of days in Lemoore High. Their school programs include supervised farming proiects, cooperation, community service, meetings, pub- lic speaking, thrift, recreation, leadership, scholarship, and public relations. Many fine proiects have been start- ed by these Aggies while in school, and many ofthe proiects will continue to grow and expand even after the boys have left school, ample proof of the value of the training received while studying agriculture courses as Future Farmers.
