INTO THE SENIORS' SHOES. W IUNIOR CLASS OF 1942 . . I fu li in Struggling and toiling for the last three years, the Juniors have almost 'tmade the grade. We hope they take care of the precious title of seniors we now bestow upon them. To make certain, let's glance over their activities. Coming in as Keewees they were handed over to Miss McCabe and Mr. Piecarski to see what could be done with them. Class leaders for this year were: President, Irene Man- kowskig Vice-President, Lupe Martinezg Secretary, Corrine Ott: Treas- urer, John Mitchell. Their first party, which was given in May, showed great talent. Officers for their second year were: President, Abe Ordmang Vice- President, Marie Kendzorag Secretary, Corrine Ott: Treasurer, Norma Eichelberger. During this year they gave a Christmas Party. Now, in their third year and supposedly big shots, we congratu- late them on their fine cooperation, for they undertook quite a few responsibilities in helping us make this book a success. They spon- sored a program in honor of National Education Week, and were also in charge of selling candy and milk at noon intervals, these profits aided in financing the Junior-Senior Prom. This was their last affair and a huge success. Officers for the year were: President, Abe Ord- man: Vice-President, Norma Eichelbergerg Treasurer, Marie Kendzorag Secretary for the girls, Lillian Baranowski, for the boys, Roger Bauer. So, upon reflection, we'll say you've made the grade. Signed, THE SENIORS. 18
