5 PRINCIPAL Mr, W, E. Davis has been the Principal of Monroe for six years. During this period, he has shown many times that he is a truly genial and understanding man. Mr, Daniel Kruger, our new assistant principal this year, is completing his third year at Monroe. Among his many jobs is the planning of the eighth period activity program. Wanda Thompson, a former graduate of Monroe, and Peggy Clem are very efficiently handling the many duties of the principal's office. They are now completing their second year as secretaries for the school. Mr. Eugene Griffith, has very capably filled the posi- tion left by Mr, Thomas Webb as attendance director last year.
