CLASS MOTTO: Today We Follow, Tomorrow We Lead CLASS COLORS: Lavendar and White CLASS FLOWER: lris The senior year is always a busy one for high school students, and this year's graduates were found to be no exception. The class play, Along Came Charlie, was held on April 'll in the gymnasium under the direction of Mr. George Hill. May 3 saw the entire class as guests of the iuniors at the annual prom and ban- quet. The evening was doubly enioyable for the seniors knowing that this year someone else had done the work. The idea of a class trip was voted down, but the administration offered as a substitution study hall privilege, whereby seniors were free to leave the building during their study halls. This started on April 8 and continued through the remain- der of the year. The traditional skip day consisted of a picnic held at Shadehill Dam on May 7. Climax of the year, of course, came with the graduation exercises, which began with class and awards night on May 14. Baccalaureate services were held on Sun- day, May 'I9 with Pastor Dwight Ellefson speaking. Finally the coveted diplomas were distributed at commencement on May 21, which featured the distinguished Dr. Kramer of Northern State Teacher's College as speaker. YHYLL I S D.A.R. CANDIDATE SIDES
