Although the Parnellian is a record of our past history, it looks into the future in that it shows what equipment we have ac- quired in our school careers to help us find our places in the world that opens its doors to us on the eve of graduation and commencement. We have tried to tie togeth- er this past and future idea of our heck with a frontpiece depicting W A Record of the Pastf from which the four year .record of the Class has been taken and a closing art plate depicting 'the dviortals of- the Future H, into which the Class is headed , each member hearing in his heart the class motto, USpeak true, live pure, right wrongf
