a time for leadership . . spring semester asb government a message from the president I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and ev- eryone of you for making my years at Leland the most enjoy- able of my life. It seems that we have created a kind of spirit this year that is unique to this school. This is not merely an ath- letic spirit, but more a human spirit where people get to know and understand each other. This spirit, I think, has and I hope that it will continue in future years. I only hope that you've all had the same tremendous opportunities for learning and fun that I've had in the last two years.
