To complete their high school units, students may elect other courses according to their plans for the future including courses in prepara- tion for college entrance, business, or other pursuits. Though 16 are required, some stud nts ln recent years, particularly those pre- paring for college or commercial undertakings, have accumulated as many as 20 or more units during their 4 years.
