Seniors Reign Over Festivities Mike And Elaine Crowned King And Queen Halloween — a time of witches, ghosts, and goblins — is also a time for senior royality reigning over the annual Leipsic Halloween parade festivities. On the evening of October 23, Mayor Dwight Buckland crowned Elaine Kreinbrink and Mike Fenbert queen and king of the 1986 Halloween Parade. Other members selected as the senior court were Lorissa Meyer, Shane Ellerbrock, Jill Kuhlman, and Eric Steingass. The evening began with a dinner at Maag’s Cardinal Room for all members of the court. Following the dinner was the crowning of the king and queen which started the annual parade. Three seniors, Donna Schroeder, Shayra Inbody, and Sam Walther, helped to add to the occasion by dressing up. The three seniors won the award for the funniest group.
