Kevin Lammers utilizes his study time ------------ To Complete A Great School Jerry Hernandez shows perfect form Spring proved to be a busy season as always. The spring sports started practicing at the beginning of March and showed championship seasons. The all-school play was performed before a live audience three times. The play was entitled You Can't Take It With You . Our school was also host to two county banquets during the spring season. The NHS banquet and the FFA banquet were held in Leipsic. The Industrial Arts department brought home several awards including a second place finish at the state competition. The Quiz Team finished its first season with a winning record. They gave a good performance at the county-wide competition. Twenty-nine seniors enjoyed the hot sun in Florida while it was an unusually warm spring in Leipsic. Seven proud science students displayed their science projects at the State Science Fair. Two Superior ratings were received by Leipsic students. As the school year closed the students felt the effects of the new state regulations. Not only did each delay have to be made up, but the seniors had to complete the full school year. The graduation date had to be backed up until June. The seasons pieced together a fun and exciting year for all the students.
