First, per- formances were given by the glee club, concert band, and show choir. Later, awards for participation and outstanding musicians were an- nounced. Later the same week, the senior awards were given. Students who were outstanding in certain subject areas were the recepients of medal- lions to be worn at graduation. Scholarships were announced and extracurricular certificates were awarded. On the last day of school, teachers and underclassmen ended the year with the Ascension Day Mass fol- lowed by the underclassmen awards assembly. Many students were given recognition for their academic achievements during the school year. A. Freshmen during class time listen and learn. B. Tony Lochtefeld with a mathematics award. C.
