Pu f Football This year, the Student Council sponsored the first annual Powder Puff football game between the junior and senior girls, held the last Sunday afternoon in October at Julia Lamb Stadium. Each team had two student coaches. The seniors chose Tom Sippel and Gary Barhorst for their coaches while the juniors picked Brian Nicodemus and Phil Gilardi. Each girl that participated was expected to attend a number of practices to learn plays and rules. Both teams gave it their best, yet the senior girls edged the junior girls. The senior class also selected a court of gentlemen to reign over the game. Chosen as Mr. Cool Cavalier was Tim Scully. His court included Greg Jones, Robert Durbin, Jon Koon, and Scott Stelzner. 5 i 1 P 'H ia A. Who has thc football? B. Mr. Cool Cavalier Court.
