N-1 MR HARRY G SENSINGER AB AM Hlgh School Pnnclpal After securlng h1s elementary educatlon IH the Mahonlng Townshlp Schools Mr Sen s1nger graduated from Gllbert Acadamy ln 1905 and from Keystone State Teachers Col lege 1n 1908 He was granted the AB degree by Frank l1n and Marshall upon graduatlon 1912 and the AM degree by Columb1a Unxverslty ln 1931 Mr Senslnger had a Wlde scope of ex per1ence before commg to Lehlghton havmg taught four years ln the rural schools of Towamens1ng and Mahonmg Townshlps two years as pI'1llC1pal of Marlan Townshlp Hlgh School Berks County four years as pr1n clpal of Wernersvllle schools Berks County and three years as pr1nc1pal of the Mllford schools Plke County He has been a member of thxs faculty s1nce 1920 and was made prmclpal of the hlgh school 1n 1928 Dur1ng h1s elghteen years of serv1ce 1n th1s d1str1ct he has made h1m self a loyal frlend of both faculty and students MR BERTB DAVID PhB AM Supermtendent of Schools Mr Davld recelved h1s elementary and secondary educatlon 1n the schools of Lehigh ton graduatlng from the hlgh school 1n 1908 VV1th an academ1c d1ploma Perk1omen Seml nary granted h1m a d1ploma 1n 1909 upon completlon of the classlcal course After teach1ng several years he attended Muhlen berg College graduatlng from there 1n 1920 w1th the Ph B degree Columb1a Un1Vers1ty granted h1m the AM degree 1n 1926 and at present Mr Davld has sausfled all requ1re ments of New York Unlversxty for h1s PhD except the completlon of h1s thesls Mr Dav1d after teach1ng two years 1n un graded schools came to Lehlghton where he has been s1nce He served two years as ass1stant vtard prmcxpal two years as ward pr1nc1pal two years as h1gh school teacher elght years as h1gh school prmclpal and 1n also has to h1s cred1t one year of m1l1tary SQFVICQ lav1at1onJ Our schools have reached a hlgh degree of efT1c1ency under the gu1dance of Mr Dav1d and he IS held IH the hlghest esteem by all who have Worked w1th h1m or under h1s d1rect1on Puff' I mn tv 1 II A iff.
