Projects: babysitting at PTA, Chili supper and program, world fellowship project, heart-sister week, planting of shrubs in school front, food sale, and mother- daughter tea. The Y-Teens also sponsored a Halloween party for the school. Among the many interesting programs was a talk by Valentine Dyck, foreign student at Tabor. In '59 and '60, the Y-Teens received a gold seal, the highest award given to Y-Teen clubs. HI-Y CABINET Mr. Cary, Sponsor; Caivin and Richard, Program; Dennis, Student Council Rep. Maynard, Vice-President and Program Chairman; Gerald, President; Reg, Secretary- Treasurer. Throughout this year the Hi-Y club has worked in various ways to fulfill its purpose of maintaining high standards of Christian character. The members of the club helped at the local church during remodeling. The club worked with the Y-Teens in the presentation of the holiday assemblies. A very interesting program schedule included talks by different faculty members and an illustrated talk on a trip to Haiti by Mr. King from Hesston. This page sponsored by the HI-Y and Y-TEEN CLUBS. DEBATE JUDY and JANET accept the third place trophy at Der- by, Oct. 17, with their biggest victory smiles.
