Involvement and participation of the whole student body has been the aim of the 1968-69 Student Council.l The group has tried many ideas in order to accomplish this. Its success cannot, however, be measured in numbers! and percentages, but rather in the students’ attitude toward school. One could say that it has been successful from a glance back over the year. School spirit, scholarship, and sports- [ manship have been plenteous; troublemakers, academic failures, and poor sports have been few. You, the students of 1HS, have made this year a good one. I know I speak for the whole student council when I say, Thanks for a great experience. We hope it has I meant as much to you as it has to us. Sincerely, Student Council President
