Mr. Bradshaw Speaks to You Friends: It is a privilege to bring you greetings from the Vernon Parish School Board and to compliment you for making possible a record of your school activities for us to review and enjoy for many years to come. The pictorial record of buildings and facilities show signs of progress but these things are only empty shells without you--our students and teachers. The true worth of any school is shown in the quality of its product. Students, you have the privilege of living in the most exciting, challenging and turbulent period in man's history, but with this privilege will come great and grave responsibility. The way you face the pressures and solve the problems will determine tomorrow’s world. Best wishes to each individual represented in this publication. Sincerely, Curtis Bradshaw, Superintendent Vernon Parish Schools Mr. Bradshaw, Superintendent of Vernon Parish Schools, points to a drawing of the Leesville High School Cam- pus. 10 As the dark clouds gather in the sky, the American flag waves over the Vernon Partsn School Board Office.
