SENIORS OFFICERS Homeroom Teachers Flower: White Carnation Colors: Maroon and White Motto: Hoc Ager CLASS PROPHECY Hello America! This is your news correspondent bringing you the latest news from the world at large! Flash! New York, New York-Mary Nichols stars in big Broadway Musical, stop. Show stops! Word has iust come that Christine Davis is resting at the Merritt 8K Fussell Dude Ranch. The latest night club craze of the country is Jimmy Clyde Pennington and her Penny Serenaders-Jeanette, Ophelia, and Nancy-with Robert Russ and his orchestra. About town: Passed Don Baxter and Jack Shore on the same old bench. Maggie Morrison Schuaff- ler walked by rolling little Leslie, the third addition to her little white cottage. The billboards are adver- tising Yvonne MoIchanoff's Russian Ballet Troupe opening their tenth week at the music hall. The talk of the town is the recent merger of those two prominent continental society members in St. Paul's Ca- thedral in London, Blanche Bosanquet of Mount Vernon, Virginia, and Stuart Gilchrist of Main Street, Leesburg. The morning mail carried the news of Ruthe Crenshaw who is now secretary in the State Veterans' Home-still after soldiers. In Padgett's Drug Store while waiting for change, Pickle told me that her old friend Lenore Hunter is now employed as model for the Premium Peroxide Producers. Through the Underground and the Party Line: Gerry Lee is now modeling the latest fashions for the I. C. More Company. We find P-Nut Matthews coaching at Georgia Tech and little wife, 'Laine, coaching little Jimmie. Heard that Jean Hungerford finally collapsed under the strain of carrying all that insignia around and is now recuperating at Dr. A. L. Chesser's Rest Home. Miss Hungerford is still trying to decide between a Colonel and a Commander. The latest Washington rumor is that Rear Admiral Newman has been made a full Admiral, spouse Ruthie is still chasing him from port to port. Listening in on my favorite party line, it reminded me that Virginia Hunter is now supervisor of all the telephone companies in Central Florida. When the final reports were in, it was announced that Doug. Carlton was elected mayor of Okahumpka. We found him discussing plans-for a better city-with his secretary-Wilma.
