Wayne Hughes was not a flamboyant, arrogant type of person, but rather a person that you could call a nice guy and a good friend, said Mr. Bob Diekmann, Div. ll principal. The Reflector staff dedicates this yearbook to the mem- ory of Mr. Wayne Hughes. He taught at LSHS for the past 15 years. He was a good teacher and was a tremendous help to people who needed him. Wayne's ease and grace for life l'Il always remember. He taught us how to care without pain and how to be thankful for our fortunes. He taught me how little I had to complain about and that we can always do more than we think we can, said Mr. Manne Magady, a fellow teacher. The feeling Mr. Hughes left with us was a positive one. He never mentioned a word of discontent or a complaint, but he was always glad to listen to others.
