The hope of many high school girls is that they might be the Homecoming or Courtwarming queen. For some that' dream will never come true, but for the privileged few it will. Jill Thomp- son was chosen as Courtwarming queen for 1977 and when asked if she had ever dreamed of being a queen when she was a little girl she replied, No, I always had crooked teeth and fat eyebrows? Jill, a senior, was crowned the evening of February 18th at the halftime of the.Lee's Sum- mit-Park Hill basketball game. She chose Jeff Gann and Steve Daney as her escorts. J ill's court included senior attendants Carol Bowen and Sue Gardner, junior attendant Sue Peterson, sophomore attendant Cheryl Stroud, and freshman attendant Cindy Goppert. All the girls received a bouquet of flowers and an engraved silver charm courtesy of the Stu- dent Council. f - A - - -V A- V - ------A-f-T-.lg -,------ .
