Custodian and Cafeteria Personnel Custodians and cafeteria help are an essential ingredient in each student's school day, whether they realize it or not. Each school day the cafeteria personnel must prepare a hot meal for approximately 1800 students. A few visible changes were made this year. In January, plastic psychedelic trays replaced the old brown ones used previously. Also, slogans such as Be A Smarty, Eat Hearty were printed on nap- kins in various colors to put more variety into the daily lunch routine. The custodians clean up after every dayg an essential when so many separate activities and classes are going on in one building. The flag is taken down and folded daily by Nlr. Brizendine, head custodian.
