Archery, badminton, baseball, basketball, bowling, field hockey, football, ping-pong, soccer, tennis and track were the major sports studied. Foreign Language Drama, Debate, Speech Modern audio and visual equipment was used extensively by the foreign language depart ment. Industrial Arts Department From dendrology to lab work woodworking and wood technology classes involved the mind as well as working with a large variety of machines in the wood shop-taught by Mr. Stone and Mr. Widel. Electricity, circuits, and ele- ctronics are Mr. Van Blarcum's specialty. Basic drafting and arch- itectural drawing classes were shared by Mr. Parker and Mr. Widel.
