EXCELLENTIA EST PRAEMIUM LABORIS is the slogan Wily Bobcat came up with in 1961. Being our inspiration and motivator over the years, we ' ve always listened to Wily and knowing what a cultured, sophisticated, intellectual Cat he is, we were determined to follow his advice and prove EXCELLENCE IS THE REWARD OF LABOR If we made mistakes, or inadvertently left something or someone out, it wasn ' t Wily ' s fault, it was ours. We ' re only human. We hope that the many hours of work by the On- t aroga staff has resulted in a book which can act as a source of reference and enjoyment both now and in the future.
