This progress is evident in the type of facil- ities, the qualifications of the teachers and staff, and the expanded offering. These improvements have resulted needs and certainly the development of young people who will take their places in society as intelligent, informed and responsible citizens. This is the thing that gives me more satisfaction and increases my faith in the efficiency of the public schools in these days of transition and social upheaval.
