FOREWORD A A shadow of animated and vivacious spirit is cast throughout the volume of this. publicatuc.s, The Lee Waid Accent. Our high school days have been filled with spiritual, social, cultural and scholastic values, and we have acquired the knowledge from these values which will open the door of succees to our approaching college days. Thus, we the members of ''The Accent Staff, '' have tried to capture through words and pic- tures in compact form, an as-complete-as possible account of the administrative staff, faculty, and students in their most natural activities and to show how these activities are directed through the spirit of determination and participation. As each one thumbs through the carefully arranged pages, we hope that each page will en- lighten and stimulate your spirit.
